BRYZA Refund & Exchange Policy

At BRYZA, each piece is carefully crafted and handled to meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, BRYZA does not accept refunds on any jewelry items once they have been delivered.

All sales are final.

Jewelry is considered a personal item, and for the safety and protection of all our customers, we cannot restock or resell returned pieces.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 1 to 14 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including:

• Original packaging

• All tags, seals, and protective materials intact

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for exchange.

Eligible Exchange Reasons

Exchanges may be approved in cases such as:

• Incorrect item received

• Manufacturing defects

• Size or style exchange (subject to availability)

Please note: Exchange approval is at the discretion of BRYZA after inspection of the item.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Customized or personalized jewelry

• Sale or promotional items

• Items damaged due to improper use, water exposure, chemicals, impact, or general wear and tear

Condition & Care Disclaimer

Jewelry durability depends on proper care. BRYZA is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Water, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals

• Improper storage

• Physical impact or pressure

We strongly recommend following our jewelry care guidelines to maintain the quality and finish of your piece.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a confirmed defect or error from our side.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Order number

• Reason for exchange

• Clear photos or videos (if applicable)
